Leading the Way in Supporting Our Communities
“Doing the Right Thing” is an integral part of our culture that protects our clients, but also extends outside of our offices and business hours. As a company and individual employees, we focus on providing our time, talents, and financial resources to support local charities and community organizations in towns and cities near our offices.
CBE’s Social and Philanthropic Initiatives
A few examples of our community support programs include:
Casual for a Cause
Employees donate money in order to dress casually day in and day out. Donated money goes to a local charity or non-profit organization. In a typical month, our amazing employees donate over $6,000 to designated groups.
United Way Annual Fundraiser
The month of October is dedicated to raising funds for the United Way. Historically, our employees raise an average annual donation of nearly $80,000.
Partners in Education and School Support
We sponsor great educational opportunities in local elementary schools. This includes bringing Franklin Covey’s Leader in Me program to schools. Our employees also participate in buddy programs, fundraisers, back-to-school supply collections, and mentoring students through the Junior Achievement program.
Other Philanthropic Efforts
Our employees also regularly adopt families over the holidays and stay involved in local business communities. They also support food banks, Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club, House of Hope Women’s Shelter, and Salvation Army.
